You can draft up to two different template messages to send to your contacts. For example if you are phonebanking, you could have two different messages depending on whether they pick up.
Note: the tool automatically adds `Hey {{first_name}}!` to the start of the message, so you don’t need to include anything like that!
For WhatsApp, you can format parts of your message by wrapping them with an asterix *for bold* or "_" _to underline_. But note that these don't work on SMS!
You can enter your contacts’ details in here manually, but it is much easier to copy-paste it in from a CRM or Google Spreadsheet. Just take the columns with their name and number - like in this example.
This will then pull their first name only into the message, and it should handle the formatting of the number for you.
It’s easiest to send the messages from a mobile. If you chose to do that, there’s also a one-click to call button for each contact, so you don’t need to type the numbers in to ring them. However, if you’d prefer, you can send your message from right here in your browser.
If you are hosting a session, you can use the button below to divvy up the contacts between attendees.
